Website analytics and cookies

We use optional Google Analytics to understand visits to our public website pages. It loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. You can decline without losing access to the website, and change your choice using “Cookie settings”.

What we measure

Public page visits and approximate visitor activity. Google receives technical information such as browser/device information and your IP address as part of the connection. Analytics cookies help recognise returning browsers; they do not represent an exact count of individual people.

We use fixed public page names and remove query strings, fragments and referrer details from our page-view events. Account pages, admin screens and private workspaces are excluded. We do not send form contents, email addresses, uploaded documents, order details or payment information to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled in our tag.

Project enquiries and the order demo

The enquiry form stores your email, company, ERP name, incoming order format, approximate volume, operational problem and consent so your request can be reviewed. Enquiries are stored for up to 90 days. They are not added to a marketing subscription or sent to Google Analytics. The current form saves a reference but does not send an automatic email.

The order demo uses a private session and simulated ERP. Demo data expires after 48 hours and can be deleted using the demo controls. PDF text is sent to OpenAI for extraction after the processing consent shown in the demo; Excel templates are parsed without AI. Uploaded bytes are removed after processing. Only use non-confidential samples.

Your choice

Your cookie choice is saved in this browser for 180 days. Declining prevents the Analytics tag from loading. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and removes this site’s Analytics cookies; it does not delete data already collected.
