The public order demo and enquiry form do not take payment or create a service contract. Custom implementation requires a written proposal and agreement.
Project terms
Confirm the legal contracting entity, deliverables, exclusions, price and responsibilities in writing before commissioning work. A published standard service contract has not yet been provided; request the applicable terms with your quotation.
Delivery and access
Delivery milestones, required customer access, sandbox availability, acceptance criteria and handover materials are agreed per project. We do not publish a universal delivery time for custom integrations.
Cancellation and refunds
A standard cancellation and refund policy for custom projects has not yet been confirmed. Obtain the applicable cancellation, refund and payment milestone terms in writing before paying. This page does not introduce new conditions for existing course purchases.
Privacy and enquiries
